Partnership Sales Executive

About Six Sport Six Sport is a global boutique sports agency specializing in services for sports rights holders and brands active in the world of sport. We deliver expert consultancy, commercial sales support, activation programs, and high-quality content production, all at the forefront of elite global competition. Our clients span Formula 1, Formula E, Football, Rugby, Golf, and more, working with some of the most iconic names in global sport. In addition to supporting rights holders, we also help brands craft and activate sponsorship strategies, build impactful campaigns, produce engaging content, and develop partnerships that deliver lasting value. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in sport and grow alongside us. The Role This freelance role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their sports career. We’re seeking highly motivated candidates, who ideally posses experience in sports rights sales or consultative sponsorship sales. If you’re results-driven, passionate about commercial sport, and ready to advance your career, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Work across one or more sales projects, focusing on identifying and researching brands with partnership potential Proactively approach and engage target brands with tailored outreach and compelling business cases Develop and present customized sales proposals that align with the needs of both prospective brand partners and our sports rights clients Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, sales progress, and activity tracking Provide regular updates and performance reports to management on targets and KPIs What We’re Looking For The idea candidate will hold experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or account management, with a proven record of achieving targets Self-starters with drive, ambition, and resilience, eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Strong communicators who are confident presenting ideas clearly and persuasively Team players with a positive, collaborative mindset and a flexible, proactive approach Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications While this is a freelance position, we are looking for candidates interested in a long-term role and growing with Six Sport Degree-level education is preferred but not essential Start Date Ideally by the end of July, with flexibility for the right candidate Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (7 hours per day) Location Hybrid working model Three days per week in our Guildford Head Office Remuneration Base Freelance Monthly Pay Unlimited commission earning potential Commission structure agreed on a project-by-project basis Employment Type Freelance How to Apply Please email your CV to steve.maddren@sixsport.com along with a short cover note outlining your interest in the role and what you would bring to the team.
