Partnership Sales Manager

About Six Sport Six Sport is a Global boutique sports agency, providing services to sports rights owners and brands operating in sport. Six Sport delivers consultancy services, sales support, activation programmes, and content production at the cutting edge of elite global sport. Our rights owner services extend across Formula 1, Formula E, Football, Rugby, Golf and more, providing professional services to some of the most iconic teams in global sport. We additionally provide consultancy services to global brands, formulating strategy and activation programmes, building campaigns, creating content, delivering partnerships, and ensuring best practice advice in the world of commercial sport. Six Sport is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with opportunities available for those seeking to forge a career in sport, to grow alongside the agency and be a part of our exiting future. The Role This is a freelance position ideally suited to an individual seeking to grow their career in sport. The ideal candidate would possess at least two years experience working within a sports rights sales role, or a consultative sponsorship sales role. We are looking for highly driven sales individuals, who are ready to take their career development to the next level. Key Responsibilities - The successful candidate will work across one or more sales projects, with the core focus to identify and research target brands with new partnership potential for Six Sport clients - Engage each prospective brand with a targeted approach and business rationale for partnership discussions - Build and present bespoke sales proposals tailored to the needs of potential brand partners and sports rights owners - For the purposes of sales reporting, maintain an up-to-date CRM, tracking leads, conversions, and sales activities - Provide regular reports to management on progress towards targets and KPIs What We're Looking For - Proven Sponsorship Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or account management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Highly driven, self-starter candidates who are eager to excel in a fast-paced sales environment - Candidates must possess qualities such as resilience, confidence, teamwork, adaptability, and energy - Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to present clearly and confidently - Must be competent at using email, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Whilst this role is initially on a freelance basis, we are looking for individuals who are interested in working with Six Sport longer term and become part of the Agency’s growth - Candidates must be team players, willing to support all members of the company with a collaborative attitude - Degree Educated a preference but not essential Start Date - We are seeking candidates who are able to start immediately. There is flexibility for the right candidates Work Hours - Monday – Friday - 9.30am – 4.30pm / 7 hours per day Place of Work - This is predominantly a remote based role - Two days per month in the office (London area) Remuneration - Basic pay of £12.21 per hour - Unlimited sales commission earnings potential - Commission terms and structure to be agreed / project specific Employment Type - This is a freelance role How to Apply - Email your CV to steve.maddren@sixsport.com - Please include a cover note stating why you are interested in the opportunity and what you feel you can bring to the role
